I'm an individual agent and I take pride in my work. I bring my 20 plus years in the Air Force leading the worlds finest to real estate. I'm here to continue to serve. I have been a real estate agent since 2013 and full time since I retired from the Air Force in 2015. I currently serve on my companies ALC which consists of the top agents in the company. I'm the only agent on the ALC who is not running a team. That's because I'm hands on. You know who you are working with and the right hand always know what the left is doing.

Currently single family homes in your zip code (89134) sell in under two weeks. Your competition consists of 39 homes with an average time on market of 19 days which mirrors the current sales rate, which shows a strong sellers market.  Yet two homes were on the market over 50 days now and a handful have had to resort to price reductions. Bad strategy can lead to this. Bring in a military tactician to figure out the best strategy to sell your house for the most in the lease amount of time. You owe that to yourself. Most of the homes for sale are single family homes with a few nice townhomes and this sets your area apart from most areas of town with condos and lower cost housing. My first job is to separate your home from the rest and show what value you bring for the price you desire.

The first thing I will do is bring in professional photographers. I don't take photos of homes myself, that is not presenting the property in it's best light. More than 90% of all buyers will start online and the pictures are what will drive them to your home. The more people who are interested in your home the faster it will sale and the more money will get for it. I will also do drone photography and videos to separate your property from the others on the market.
